Job summary

Knox is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to onboard Federal customers into its FedRAMP-authorized cloud. You will guide projects through kickoff to production go-live, aligning customer teams with SRE, Security, and Compliance, ensuring security and operational readiness.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in regulated deployments, strong communication skills, and experience with AWS/Azure/GCP. Arlington, VA is preferred with hybrid flexibility and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in regulated or compliance-driven technical implementations.
• Direct experience onboarding into FedRAMP-authorized, government, or highly regulated cloud environments.
• Ability to translate compliance, security, and operational requirements into clear project plans and deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills with executives, engineers, security, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for Federal customers from kickoff to production go-live.
• Lead FedRAMP-aligned onboarding ensuring security, compliance, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate across Engineering, SRE, NOC, SOC, Security and Compliance during onboarding.
• Drive onboarding cadence with a compliance-aware agenda and clear accountability.
• Manage multi-workstream project plans covering controls, integrations, logging, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks related to FedRAMP controls, gaps, or readiness; drive mitigations.
• Advise customers on Knox’s Federal operating model and shared responsibility boundaries.
• Coordinate external stakeholders for technical deep dives, runbook reviews, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure onboarding artifacts are complete and auditable (notes, action logs, handoffs).
• Ensure customer environments integrate with Knox’s SRE, NOC, and SOC workflows.
