Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on IT systems and cloud troubleshooting.
• US citizenship and Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s or Technical Associate degree with relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Incident management and troubleshooting for cloud services.
• Diagnose problems from configurations, logs, and metrics.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and configurations.
• Manage customer support cases through their lifecycle, coordinating with engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements.
