Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship or equivalent status required.
• 8+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise cloud and virtualized infrastructure operations.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management across platforms.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management per ITIL.
• Develop automation scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Create and maintain technical runbooks and SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, storage, and networking teams.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support mission-critical operations.
