Qualifications

• Experience across multiple core technology areas including backup/recovery, OS hardening, containerization, automation, virtualization, cloud management, and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: Responding to customer support tickets and incidents related to cloud services.
• Problem Diagnosis: Analyzing configurations, logs, and metrics to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
• Technical Guidance: Providing expert guidance on best practices, configurations, and troubleshooting for cloud services.
• Case Management: Managing customer support cases through their lifecycle for timely resolution.
• Escalation Management: Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or engineering as needed.
• Documentation and Knowledge Base: Contributing to internal/external docs and troubleshooting guides.
• Communication and Customer Interaction: Maintaining clear, professional communication via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to deliver solutions and drive process improvements.
• Mentoring and training junior engineers on technical skills and customer service.
