Job summary

SZNS Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead federal cloud engagements from planning to delivery. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage relationships, and hold the program to account for scope and timelines.

You will act as the trusted interface for customers and partners, shaping opportunities from insights and keeping SZNS leadership informed on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large cloud engagements end-to-end.
• Ability to align multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and meeting governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end federal cloud engagements and ensure delivery against SOW.
• Organize meetings across workstreams, build assets and slides for alignment.
• Track progress, identify gaps, and communicate status to customer and SZNS leadership.
• Serve as trusted liaison between customer, partner teams, and SZNS delivery teams.
