Job summary

Dev Technology Group seeks a Senior Director to lead a portfolio of cloud-enabled federal programs, directing strategy, governance, and execution. The role partners with customers, executive leadership, and program managers to ensure delivery success, growth, and high-value outcomes.

The ideal candidate balances customer satisfaction, program health, financial results, and team development, while guiding cross-program improvements in a complex federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 15+ years in federal tech/program management environments.
• Proven leadership of Program/Project Managers and multi-program delivery.
• Experience with cloud, DevSecOps, Agile, AI, data analytics, cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy, governance, and performance expectations.
• Lead senior customer and executive reviews and communications.
• Oversee budget, staffing plans, and risk management across programs.
• Mentor and develop Program Managers and other leaders.
• Identify growth opportunities and recompete strategies.
