Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects within AWS ProServe. You will blend business requirements with technical solutions, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure outcomes align with customer goals.

In this role you will apply AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, manage risks, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Hybrid work in VA possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leading IT projects with external customers or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide decisions.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and ensure alignment with outcomes.
• Distill customer needs into technical requirements mapped to business outcomes.
• Decompose complex problems into actionable solutions and contribute to documentation.
