SZNS Solutions in Reston, VA is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead federal cloud programs end-to-end. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, govern delivery, and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and partner teams.

You won't code, but you will understand the build, keep promises in scope, and drive clarity through crisp documents, slides, and status updates. This consultative role sits at the center of large, complex initiatives with real ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational instincts; you can track many parallel efforts without dropping any.
• Enough understanding of software delivery to hold an engineering team to a schedule: what's actually done, what's at risk, and what a demo shows.
• Judgment about how a services business runs: what a SOW commits us to, what falls outside it, and when a change request is needed.

Responsibilities

• Run one federal cloud engagement end-to-end, coordinating multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
• Attend and organize meetings across workstreams; build documentation, assets, and slides to keep everyone aligned.
• Manage relationships that hold the program together and keep SZNS accountable for commitments.
• Track delivery against the SOW; catch gaps between promises and what lands with the customer.
• Understand what's being built to ask the right technical questions in reviews and report status honestly.
• Be trusted by customer and partner teams; surface upcoming work and risks to SZNS leadership.
