Job summary

Quantum Sky in the United States is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead customer delivery across cloud and compliance initiatives. You will own project lifecycles, coordinate with security, build, and SecOps teams, and ensure successful outcomes for government and commercial clients.

The role requires proactive communication, managing SOWs, schedules, and budgets, and the ability to operate in flexible, dynamic environments. Remote work options are available with US east-coast hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct project delivery experience in PM/Engagement/Coordination/Customer Success
• 2+ years with cloud, compliance (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, etc.) or infrastructure projects for government/commercial clients
• Experience managing SOWs, in-scope delivery, change orders, and status reporting

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout with planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and transition to operations
• Lead kickoff activities, define objectives, timelines, and delivery plans with stakeholders
• Coordinate work across security, build, SecOps, and compliance teams to align delivery
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets across multiple projects; report progress weekly
• Oversee ConMon activities and ensure outputs meet FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST/CMMC requirements
