Job summary

SZNS is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead large federal cloud programs end to end. You’ll keep eyes on all workstreams, manage meetings, and ensure alignment across customer, partner, and SZNS teams.

You’ll understand what’s being built, track progress, and hold teams accountable to the stated scope. You’ll be the trusted point of contact, balancing customer needs with SZNS commitments, while identifying opportunities for expansion as the account evolves.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Organize meetings and produce documents, assets, and slides for alignment.
• Track delivery against SOW commitments and flag gaps early.
• Provide honest status updates to customers and SZNS leadership.
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners to drive ongoing opportunities.
