Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead customer engagement and service delivery across our cloud and compliance programs. You will own the project lifecycle, drive scope control, and coordinate across security, build, SecOps, and compliance teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You will guide ConMon activities, track evidence, and manage recurring tasks while maintaining audit-ready compliance with FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST/CMMC requirements, all within a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct project delivery experience in PM/Engagement roles.
• 2+ years of cloud, compliance (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST) or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with schedule management, resource management, budget tracking and service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing SOWs, staying in scope and handling change orders.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and transition to operations.
• Review SOWs and manage scope, risks, dependencies and customer expectations.
• Lead customer kickoff activities and define objectives, timelines and delivery plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables and risk logs.
• Coordinate work across security engineers, build engineers, SecOps, and compliance teams.
