Job summary

Blu Omega Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Lead in Ashburn, VA to manage federal accounts end-to-end, grow engagement, and align delivery with client needs. You will work with program managers, CORs, and hiring leaders to drive performance and profitability.

Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, coordinating with delivery teams, and ensuring successful outcomes across engagements in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal staffing, consulting, or delivery leadership.
• Experience managing accounts, delivery performance, and program teams.
• Knowledge of federal procurement, program delivery, and staffing models.
• Exceptional communication, client engagement, and team coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth strategies across assigned accounts.
• Achieve annual growth and headcount expansion goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with client-side program managers, CORs, executives, and hiring managers.
• Qualify and prioritize new task orders, requisitions, and contract modifications.
• Ensure delivery teams and recruiters align on client expectations and program needs.
• Coach and support clients throughout the contract and delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and consultant check-ins to support retention and engagement.
• Generate leads within accounts and prepare client-facing proposals.
• Proactively market qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Support pricing strategy and margin management to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with AR, finance, and contracts to resolve client issues.
• Track consultant utilization, provide status updates, and manage escalations.
• Act as the voice of the client to ensure successful outcomes.
