Job summary

BluJuniper, Inc. seeks a senior leader to own federal growth, build a high-performing capture and BD team, and execute a company-wide growth roadmap aligned with core capabilities.

You will drive the federal bookings target, oversee budgets, and partner with the CEO to accelerate growth across targets and programs while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in federal business development, capture or acquisition with leadership of $10M+ pursuits.
• Ability to advise a CEO, brief a board, and engage senior government customers with credibility.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, source selection, and federal contracting structures.

Responsibilities

• Own federal bookings target and multi-year growth plan; manage bid/PUF budget.
• Lead capture on high-value pursuits and guide the team in pursuit strategy.
• Develop and coach business development and capture staff; build scalable growth engine.
• Coordinate with contracts and counsel on teaming, pricing, and vehicles.
