Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a senior管理 leader to drive large-scale Federal consulting engagements from Arlington or Tysons, overseeing client satisfaction, contract performance, and delivery excellence.

The role focuses on operational transformation, PMO, shared services, and business process improvements, with governance and executive stakeholder briefing at the core. Travel up to 20% and Public Trust eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience leading large-scale Federal programs, consulting engagements, or managed services operations.
• Experience leading operational transformation, PMO, shared services, managed services, business process improvement, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience managing program finances, staffing, subcontractors, and contractual performance requirements.
• Experience briefing executive stakeholders and facilitating governance boards, steering committees, and leadership meetings.
• Must be in the DMV area and able to be in Guidehouse offices at Arlington, VA or Tysons at least 2-3 days per week.
• Up to 20% travel may be required.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale Federal consulting engagements and serve as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, contract performance, and delivery excellence.
• Lead operational improvement, business process modernization, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior Federal stakeholders across agencies.
• Manage program governance activities including executive reporting, risk management, resource planning, staffing, and quality assurance.
• Support business development activities including capture, proposal development, and organic growth opportunities.
