Job summary

Strider Technologies is hiring a Capture Analyst to help map federal opportunities and translate intelligence into strategic action. You will research federal markets, analyze customers and competitors, and guide pursuit strategies for national security and government contracts.

You will work with cross-functional teams to shape capture plans, prepare briefing materials, and maintain clean CRM data while supporting pipeline growth for Strider’s federal business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of federal business development, capture, or market intelligence experience.
• Experience researching federal opportunities using GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, FPDS, or GSA eBuy.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of market and procurement data and present concise recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple research priorities with timely updates.
• Understanding of federal procurement environment and agency missions.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Research federal markets, identify and qualify opportunities, analyze customers and competitors.
• Translate market information into clear recommendations that inform growth and pursuit strategies.
• Develop competitive assessments, customer profiles, and agency landscape analyses.
• Synthesize intelligence from public and government sources into decision-ready analyses.
• Prepare executive summaries and briefing materials for Growth leadership.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in Strider’s CRM and pipeline systems.
• Support pipeline reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic growth planning.
• Collaborate with Capture, Proposals, Product, Government Affairs, Contracts, and Technical teams.
