Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Corporate Capture Analyst to support Business Development and capture activities across the opportunity lifecycle. You will work closely with the Bids & Proposal Director to identify, qualify, shape, and advance priority opportunities.

Responsibilities include coordinating research, preparing decks and briefings, managing internal pipelines, and ensuring proposal readiness. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience supporting Federal customers.
• Familiarity with FAR regulations related to proposal and capture management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams.
• Experience with CRM and opportunity tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support capture activities across all phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
• Assist in gathering customer and market intelligence through research and events.
• Coordinate pipeline meetings and communication with partners and executives.
• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up actions for capture meetings.
• Develop decks, briefs, white papers, and capability matrices.
• Analyze solicitations and summarize differences.
• Maintain records for IDIQ/GSA opportunities in SharePoint.
