Job summary

Strider Technologies in Tysons, VA is seeking a Capture Analyst to shape federal growth by turning market and competitive intelligence into actionable capture plans. You will research federal markets, assess opportunities, and inform strategy across Growth, Intelligence, Product, Contracts, and Technical teams.

You will work with SAM.gov, GovWin IQ, USAspending.gov, FPDS, and GSA eBuy to identify priorities and craft concise, executive-ready recommendations for pursuing federal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years federal business development, capture, or market intelligence.
• Experience researching federal opportunities via GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, FPDS, or GSA eBuy.
• Ability to translate large amounts of market data into concise exec materials.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build market and competitive intelligence for federal growth.
• Track opportunities from signals through capture.
• Analyze budgets, priorities, and acquisition strategies.
• Prepare executive summaries and briefing materials.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in CRM.
• Collaborate with Growth, Intelligence, Product, Contracts, and Technical teams.
• Represent Strider at industry events.
