Peregrine Technologies in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Federal Capture Lead to drive opportunities from shaping through award. You will own capture plans, map stakeholders, and build win strategies with Peregrine’s product, engineering, security, pricing, and partner teams.

The role requires 5+ years leading federal technology captures, deep knowledge of procurement, and exceptional proposal writing to deliver compliant submissions under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading federal capture efforts in technology programs.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement budgets and timelines.
• Exceptional, compliant proposal writing under deadline pressure.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into mission outcomes.
• Willingness to work in Washington, DC, in office 4x/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of federal pursuit from shaping to award.
• Build capture plans, stakeholder maps, and win strategies.
• Coordinate inputs across product, engineering, security, pricing, and partners.
• Translate strategy into compliant proposals for RFIs, Sources Sought, and RFPs.
• Align internal stakeholders and ensure delivery capability to support wins.
