Disruptive Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Federal Program Manager – Growth & Capture to lead the successful execution of federal programs while driving strategic business growth across DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian agencies.

This hybrid role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring contract success, identifying follow-on opportunities, and leading capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal submission.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Program Manager for assigned federal contracts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government customers and COs/CORs.
• Ensure successful contract performance by managing cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead program reviews, status meetings, risk management activities, and executive reporting.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing and new federal customers.
• Develop capture plans, win strategies, competitive assessments, and customer engagement plans.
