Job summary

22nd Century Technologies, Inc. (TSCTI) seeks a Capture Manager to join our McLean, VA office. You will guide cross-functional teams in developing and executing capture strategies for high-value US Federal opportunities, typically $50M+.

You will shape win strategies, pricing, teaming, and personnel identification, while engaging customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in winning prime federal contracts and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account planning, business development and capture strategies.
• Demonstrated experience winning prime opportunities above $50M.
• Proven skills in deal qualification, development of capture strategy, customer collaboration/shaping, and teaming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Account Executives, Business Development, Proposal Staff, and Senior Executive leaders to capture opportunities
• Orchestrate and lead development and implementation of the Capture Plan encompassing Win Strategy, Price to Win, teaming, investments, etc.
• Orchestrate and lead customer influencing strategy, requirement interpretation and solution generation
• Lead stakeholder management and keep 22nd Century Leadership informed and engaged
