You will work with the Chief Growth Officer, capture and proposal teams, and partners to take independent ownership of outreach and pursuits. The role emphasizes learning agility, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving acquisition priorities and modernization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related experience; federal contracting knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities and manage capture activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across government partners.
• Experience with market intelligence and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with federal customers and partners.
• Lead opportunity discovery, capture planning, and pursuit strategies.
• Coordinate with executives and teams to position NexGen capabilities.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable growth opportunities.
