Job summary

enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a driven Capture Manager / Business Development Professional to lead the pursuit of Prime and Subcontract opportunities within the Federal and DoD sectors.

You will work closely with the President and Proposal Team to identify, shape, and manage high-value opportunities throughout all phases of the capture lifecycle, impacting company growth and future awards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationships, proposal skills, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate-level capture or business development role supporting federal contracts.
• Experience capturing opportunities as a growing small business contractor.
• Travel as needed (up to 10%) and strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and capture of new opportunities with a robust pipeline aligned to DoD priorities.
• Apply capture lifecycle knowledge, stage-gate reviews, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Develop win themes, discriminators, and capture plans with pricing and BOE input.
• Collaborate with President and Proposal Team to shape, write, and review proposals.
• Engage stakeholders early to influence requirements and positioning.
