Job summary

KMRG, LLC is hiring a Budget Analyst to support the United States Capitol Police (USCP), Office of Information Systems (OIS), IRMD. The role focuses on federal budget management, financial data integrity, and timely reporting.

You will help with procurement, invoicing, and closeout activities to ensure compliant financial practices. The position is hybrid, located in Southwest Washington, DC 20003, with full-time hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal budget management and execution experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience analyzing financial data and supporting budget, invoicing, reconciliation, or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Support federal budget management and execution for OIS/IRMD.
• Prepare and track financial information and validate invoices.
• Assist with procurement, contract closeout, and financial documentation.
