Job summary

KMRG, LLC is seeking a Budget & Financial Analyst to support the United States Capitol Police, Office of Information Systems, Information Resources Management Division. You will assist with federal budget management, prepare and track financial information, validate invoices, and help with procurement and contract closeout to ensure accurate, decision-ready data.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years federal budget management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience analyzing financial data and supporting budget, invoice, and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

• Support financial management and federal budget execution activities for OIS and IRMD.
• Assist with budget preparation and formulation using accurate supporting financial data.
• Track budget status, obligations, expenditures, and other financial information.
• Maintain financial records and documentation for recurring budget reviews.
• Support managers with timely financial information for planning and resource decisions.
