Job summary

KMRG, LLC is a federal services company supporting Government agencies. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to support the United States Capitol Police, Office of Information Systems, IRMD.

In this role, you will support federal budget management and execution, prepare and track financial information, validate invoices, assist with procurement and contract closeout activities, and help OIS maintain accurate, decision-ready financial data.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience analyzing financial data and supporting budget, invoice, reconciliation, or related financial-management activities.

Responsibilities

• Support federal budget management and execution activities for OIS/IRMD.
• Prepare and track financial information, validate invoices, and assist with procurement.
• Analyze financial data and produce summaries for government review.
• Maintain budget records and support cost-status and burn-rate reporting.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure compliant financial actions.
