3+ years of federal budget management and execution experience or equivalent.
Ability to analyze financial data and support budget, invoicing, reconciliation, or related activities.

Responsibilities

Support financial management and federal budget execution for OIS and IRMD.
Assist with budget preparation and formulation using accurate supporting data.
Track budget status, obligations, expenditures, and other financial information.
Maintain financial records and documentation for recurring reviews.
Identify budget variances, funding issues, and discrepancies for follow-up.
Support managers with timely financial information for planning and resource decisions.
Validate invoices and assist with procurement and contract closeout processes.
Assist with financial reconciliations in line with procedures.
