KMRG, LLC is seeking a Federal Financial Analyst to support the United States Capitol Police (USCP), Office of Information Systems (OIS), IRMD. You will help manage federal budgets, prepare and track financial data, validate invoices, and assist with procurement and contract closeout.

The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and timely communications with Government stakeholders. Hybrid schedule in Southwest Washington, DC with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing financial data and supporting budget, invoice, or reconciliation activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Budget Management & Execution: Support financial management and federal budget execution activities for OIS and IRMD.
• Budget prep: Assist with budget preparation using accurate supporting financial data.
• Track budget status, obligations, expenditures, and other financial information as assigned.
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation for budget reviews.
• Procurement, Payments & Reconciliation: Validate invoices and support reconciliations and contract closeout.
