Chameleon Integrated Services seeks an AV/Move/LRA Support Technician to support a federal client at Scott AFB, IL. The role requires a Secret clearance with Top-Secret eligibility and includes AV, move, and LRA duties, ticketing, and collaboration with the Global Service Desk.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in large teams and follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides Level-2/3 IT support and troubleshooting.
• Supports end-user desk setups (cube moves).
• Configures, manages, and administers MS Teams and its integration as a primary collaboration platform.
• Arranges and tests room setups for meetings, conferences, and trainings, including AV, phones, VTC, and network connectivity.
• Works with Global Service Desk to resolve and track open service tickets.
