Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking an AV/Move/LRA Support Technician to support one of our federal clients at Scott AFB. This role requires a Secret clearance with Top-Secret eligibility and focuses on maintaining system availability, incident escalation, and service ticket tracking.

You will work with the Global Service Desk, perform Level-2/3 support, and manage AV setups for meetings, room configurations, and M365 Teams integrations, with on-site hours from 0600 to 1530, Monday through

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows 11 support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Office 365 apps and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to follow established security guidelines and policies.
• Reliable, on-time with task completion.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to deliverables as required.
• Provision user accounts.
• Work with Global Service Desk to resolve and track open service tickets.
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting.
• Provide end user desk setups (cube moves).
• Provide Command Level AV support (run DCS and GVS meetings).
• Configure, manage, and administer M365 Teams integration.
• Complete room setup for meetings and trainings, testing AV components.
