• Arranges and tests room setups for meetings, conferences, and trainings, including AV, phones, VTC, and network connectivity.
• Works with Global Service Desk to resolve and track open service tickets.

The Position

Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for an AV/Move/LRA Support Technician to support one of our federal clients at Scott AFB. This position requires a Secret security clearance with Top-Secret eligibility.

Overview

This role supports Audio Video, Move, and LRA duties at DISA Global. The AV/Move/LRA support team maintains a high level of system availability, handles escalated tickets, and contributes to customer experience, vulnerability mitigation, documentation, security investigations/forensics, biweekly Change Advisory Board participation, weekly teleconferences, incident escalation, and ticket tracking via Service Now ITSM+.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to deliverables as required.
• Provision user accounts.
• Work with Global Service Desk to resolve and track open service tickets.
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Support end-user desk setups (cube moves).
• Provide Command Level AV support (run DCS and GVS meetings).
• Configure, manage, and administer nuances of M365 Teams and its integration as a primary collaboration platform.
• Arrange and test room setups for meetings/conferences/town halls/training, including AV, phones, VTC, and network connectivity.

Education & Experience

• Knowledge of Windows 11 and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey issues to management, users, and peers.
• Experience working in large teams with the ability to follow direction and contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Ability to follow and enforce established processes and security guidelines and communicate them to users.
• Strong customer service with prompt problem resolution and ticket management.
• Reliable, on-time, and able to meet task deadlines.
• Professional work ethic and demeanor; strong organization and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Physical & On-site Requirements

• Lift 50+ pounds of equipment.
• On-site hours: 0600-1530, Monday through Friday.

Clearance

• Secret Clearance with Top-Secret eligibility.

Pay & Location

Pay: $50,000-$55,000

Location: Scott AFB, IL 62225
