Job summary

ESC, the Eastern Shawnee - Veracity JV, seeks an AV/IT Technician (Tier 2) to deliver advanced technical support, repair, and configuration for AV/IT systems at MSCoE G6 facilities on-site at Fort Leonard Wood.

You will perform complex troubleshooting, install firmware, program Crestron/Extron/AMX control systems, and assist with system integration, while maintaining documentation and meeting mission requirements. A secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma.
Minimum 3 years of AV/IT technical support experience.
CompTIA Network+ or Security+ required.
CTS certification preferred.
Experience with AV networking, control systems, and IT infrastructure.
Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting and advanced diagnostics.
Repair and replace AV/IT hardware including displays, projectors, amplifiers, switches, and workstations.
Install and configure AV/IT systems and apply firmware or software updates.
Program or modify Crestron, Extron, or AMX control systems.
Assist with AV/IT system integration, including network connectivity and VTC platforms.
Conduct preventive maintenance and update configuration records.
Support special events requiring high-level technical oversight.
Coordinate with MSCoE G6 IT staff for network-related AV issues.
