• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery opportunities (PDB/DB2B/DB).
• Position CDM Smith as exclusive or preferred design partner early in procurement and negotiate teaming terms and scopes.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies with CSLs and pursuit teams to improve probability of award.
