Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Federal Civilian AI/Data Tech Lead to act as the technical execution engine across Data & AI Strategy, PM, and Market Intelligence. You will bridge strategy and delivery, author AI accelerators, mentor Cloud Development Engineers, and ensure every customer artifact meets the highest technical bar.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Data & AI related technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage.
• Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution on AWS.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to build automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution across Data & AI Strategy, PM, and Market Intelligence with validation of AI maturity and use cases.
• Author and maintain AI accelerators and ensure repeatable patterns for reuse.
• Accelerate CDE enablement through discovery, scoping for POCs, and hands-on sessions.
• Review demos and POC artifacts to ensure technical rigor and consistency.
• Build curricula, reference architectures, and labs to scale capabilities.
