Job summary

Dynamo AI seeks a Federal Account Executive to accelerate federal growth and expand our footprint across DoD, IC, and civilian agencies. You will own the full lifecycle of federal sales and capture, working with our founders and product teams to shape opportunities, close deals, and ensure trustworthy AI reaches operators who need it most.

You’ll lead capture campaigns end-to-end and collaborate cross-functionally to translate mission needs into product direction and deployment strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in federal sales, business development, or capture within DoD/IC.
• Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder deals and contracts.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS, OTA, SBIR/STTR.
• Established defense innovation network with program offices, PEOs, acquisition commands.
• Ability to translate AI/ML, data security, and cloud into mission outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; briefing senior leaders.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach in a fast-moving startup.
• Active or pathway to U.S. Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Ability to travel 25-40%.

Responsibilities

• Generate and capture new federal opportunities across DoD and civilian agencies.
• Execute strategic GTM plan to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Cultivate relationships with acquisition leaders, program managers, operators, and innovation orgs (e.g., DIU, AFWERX).
• Lead capture campaigns end-to-end: pipeline, positioning, teaming, proposals, and contracts.
• Partner with product/engineering to translate mission needs into product direction and deployment strategy.
• Shape requirements and influence opportunities through mission gaps and acquisition timelines.
