Job summary

Knexus Research Corporation seeks an AI Adoption Specialist to bridge Knexus GCP software developers with U.S. Government end users. You will translate agency workflows into user stories, design hands-on training, and drive day-to-day engagement with deployed AI solutions.

You will enable frontline personnel to leverage AI tools through workshops, prompts, and practical enablement materials, ensuring adoption and value realization across missions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical consulting, software customer success, or technical program management.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government clients preferred.
• Strong briefing and client-facing communication experience.
• Ability to drive user adoption and map tools to federal missions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate agency pain points into actionable AI use cases for engineers.
• Design and lead interactive training bootcamps and workshops.
• Map operational bottlenecks to AI features like RAG and document intelligence.
• Collect and synthesize user feedback for product roadmaps.
• Create enablement content like quick guides and cheat sheets.
• Monitor usage metrics and drive user adoption across agencies.
