Job summary

Knexus Research Corporation is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist in the United States (Virginia area) to bridge the gap between government end‑users and our GCP software developers. You will translate agency workflows into actionable AI use cases and deliver hands‑on training to empower frontline personnel with AI tools.

You will design and run training bootcamps, conduct prompt‑engineering sessions, and maintain an ongoing user‑engagement program across deployed GCP solutions while collecting

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical consulting, software customer success, or technical program management; govt experience preferred.
• Experience briefing clients virtually and in person; drive user adoption.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; translate complex tech to non‑technical users.
• Startup mindset; take ownership and work in fast‑paced environments.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the conduit between government end‑users and Knexus GCP developers; translate workflows into user stories and requirements.
• Design and lead interactive training bootcamps, workshops, and office hours for agency staff.
• Map agency bottlenecks to AI features (e.g., RAG, document intelligence) and define use cases.
• Collect feedback, prioritize feature requests, and influence the product roadmap.
• Create quick guides, video walk‑throughs, cheat sheets, and prompt libraries for rapid adoption.
• Monitor usage and identify super‑users; tailor engagement to boost adoption.
