Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Enablement Lead, Government to design and deliver adoption programs across OpenAI’s product suite for government customers. You will run live workshops, create training journeys, and lead activation initiatives with senior public-sector stakeholders in a hybrid SF or DC setting.

You will translate complex AI capabilities into practical, safe, and mission-aligned workflows, collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing enablement, adoption, or transformation roles in government or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience designing learning journeys and leading workshops for diverse audiences.
• Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into practical government workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement of OpenAI products for government clients and define adoption patterns.
• Lead government customers through onboarding, activation, expansion, and sustained usage.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements—workshops, academies, briefings, and labs.
