Job summary

YMCA of Greater Seattle is hiring for a Foundational Community Supports (FCS) Coordinator at the Social Impact Center. The role develops the FCS program, supports youth and young adults facing foster care, housing, and education challenges, and leads staff trainings to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The position involves coordinating with program leadership, expanding partnerships, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum three years of experience working with teens or young adults in foster care, housing, education, or homelessness fields.
• Ability to teach independence skills and lead training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Foundational Community Supports program coordination and guidance to staff.
• Expand the FCS program with leadership across teams and departments.
• Ensure contract fidelity and participate in audits as required.
• Deliver life skills and job readiness activities to participants, individually or in groups.
• Develop person-centered service plans and maintain documentation in databases.
• Coordinate collaborations with partners and funders to support services.
• Assist with monthly billing and reporting and participate in on-call rotation.
