Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Seattle is seeking a Program Supervisor for Year Round Youth Development Programs to lead before/after school and summer day camp operations. You will guide staff, develop curriculum, ensure safety and quality, and maintain positive relationships with families and school partners.

This full-time onsite role starts in August; the team emphasizes equity, inclusive activities, and community engagement while delivering developmentally appropriate programs.

Qualifications

• Three years or more experience with children, camps, childcare, tutoring or nannying.
• One year or more of supervisory experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• TB tests and MMR vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned to the curriculum.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate site staff and volunteers.
• Maintain required staff/child ratios and conduct staff meetings.
• Communicate with families and school personnel; build community partnerships.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper records.
