Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking a Foundational Community Support (FCS) Manager to lead and optimize the FCS program across King County. You will manage operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and align workflows with billing cycles and system needs, including Salesforce and Credible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in program development, management, or service delivery in human services or nonprofit settings.
• Experience in behavioral health, Permanent Supportive Housing, or Medicaid-funded programs.
• Experience with project management, quality improvement, or process-improvement initiatives.
• Experience using KPIs, dashboards, performance measures, or data-informed decision making.
• Experience partnering with IT teams on software implementation, configuration, or system improvements.
• Supervisory or team-leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and long-term management of Plymouth Housing’s FCS program, including strategy and compliance.
• Develop and implement an FCS roadmap aligning with organizational priorities and funding opportunities.
• Supervise and coach FCS Specialists; provide performance management and ongoing training.
• Maintain accessible workflows, procedures, and training resources; support onboarding.
• Establish and maintain best practices for documentation, billing, data validation, and quality.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, revenue, and data integrity; drive improvements for compliant reimbursement.
• Partner with IT on Salesforce, Credible, and other system needs including design and testing.
• Oversee the EDI-file process with IT and external entities for accuracy and resolution.
• Collaborate with Housing Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT, and partners for cohesive execution.
• Represent Plymouth Housing in discussions with regulators and funding partners.
• Advise leadership on FCS integration, program operations, and system improvements.
