Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience with youth or 2 years of social services education; transcripts may be required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid TB test within past 12 months or ability to obtain a negative TB test within 30 days of employment.

Community Youth Services’ Foster Care Program is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Associate Case Manager in the Aberdeen, WA. The Associate Case Manager is a foundation in the support network for families, crucial in creating a stable, nurturing environment. This role is key in proactively preventing and resolving conflicts and crises, thereby strengthening family units and enhancing community well-being. By fostering parenting skills and linking families to vital resources, the Associate Case Manager empowers caregivers, enriching youth’s lives and aiding youth in developing resilience and personal strengths. • Competitive Pay: $21.12 to $27.08 per hour DOE

• Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• A year of experience working directly with youth or two years of social services education. If education is used to meet this requirement, degree/courses must be in social science or a related field. A transcript will be required to determine if courses taken qualify.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
