Job summary

Plymouth Housing in Seattle, WA seeks a Foundational Community Support (FCS) Manager to lead and sustain the FCS program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and revenue integrity. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational work, including team management, workflow design, data validation, and system coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience in program development or service delivery in nonprofit settings.
• Experience in behavioral health, Permanent Supportive Housing, or Medicaid-funded programs.
• Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and data-informed decision making.
• Experience partnering with IT teams on software implementation or system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and long-term management of the FCS program, including strategy and workflow development.
• Develop and implement an FCS roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and funding opportunities.
• Manage and train FCS Specialists; provide performance management and ongoing training.
• Maintain FCS workflows, procedures, and training resources; support onboarding.
• Establish best practices for documentation, billing, data validation, and quality improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, revenue, and data integrity to maximize compliant reimbursement.
• Partner with IT on Salesforce, Credible, and other system needs related to FCS.
• Oversee the EDI-file process in coordination with IT and external entities.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive program execution and billing success.
• Represent Plymouth Housing in discussions with regulators and funding entities.
