• Responsible for outgoing shipments and ensuring items are sent in the exact condition ordered.
• Keep records of destination, weight, and charges for inbound/outbound freight; verify rates.
• Record shipment data (weight, charges, space, damages) for reporting and accounting.
• Coordinate with Load Planner to arrange shipping and delivery instructions.
• Verify information and operate data entry software; prepare documents.
