Qualifications

• Excellent data entry and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to verify shipment data and charges
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using data entry software and rate charts
• Good communication with internal teams and customers

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of outgoing and incoming shipments
• Verify shipping details, rates, weights and damages for reporting
• Enter data into systems and prepare shipping documents
• Coordinate with Load Planner for shipping and delivery instructions
• Resolve issues with cargo, damages or shortages with relevant teams
• Assist in audits and maintain shipment records and invoices
