Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service experience in Intermodal transportation preferred.
• TruckMate knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Inputs data into Truckmate, processes customer orders, and tracks shipments for on-time delivery.
• Prepares documents such as bills of ladings, shipping confirmations, and customs forms.
• Coordinates with port personnel, operations, or brokers to expedite or trace shipments.
• Acts as primary contact for customers regarding order status and inquiries.
• Identifies and maps processes to improve workflows and implements automation ideas.
