Job summary

The British Red Cross Society is seeking a Programme Officer to manage FCDO funding and coordinate across teams, Movement partners and FCDO. You will support broader funding portfolios and undertake due diligence to ensure impact and accountability.

You will be part of the International Programme Quality & Accountability team, helping to promote collaboration, prepare meetings, and provide administrative support while contributing to strategic priorities and humanitarian outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a donor to high standards of performance and accountability.
• Experience in data capture and analysis and producing clear reports.
• Excellent administration skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of the RCRC Movement and relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of the FCDO core funding, monitoring progress and reporting.
• Coordinate across teams, Movement partners and FCDO to meet requirements.
• Support broader FCDO-funded portfolio, due diligence and grant management.
• Provide admin support to the Director of Programme Quality & Accountability.
• Promote team cohesion and effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
