GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in the United States to develop leadership skills under Store/ District Manager guidance, with a view to promoting to Store Manager. This full-time hourly supervisory role emphasizes customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

You will learn daily store operations, product knowledge, and how to drive sales while upholding GNC values and policies. The program includes scheduled training, performance reviews at 90 days, and opportunities

Formación

• Dynamic individual who embodies GNC's Live Well philosophy.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Willingness to work five days, 40 hours per week including some nights/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the store team to provide exceptional service.
• Learn and be prepared to promote to Store Manager.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and store operations.
• Promote the GNC Live Well messaging to customers.
