This 3-12 month program develops future store managers by providing hands-on experience in operations and team leadership. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of automotive management experience, excellent leadership, and communication skills. The position offers an annual income ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 based on experience and includes benefits like a 401(K) Retirement Plan and paid time off.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive or 4 years of general management experience.
• Basic understanding of utilizing store technology such as POS and email.
• Experience with payroll management, expense analysis, and inventory control.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
