GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop leadership skills and prepare to manage their own store. Under supervision, you will lead a team, drive results, and ensure exceptional customer service while following GNC policies and standards.

The role is a Full-Time Hourly Supervisory position with a pay range of $22.00–$23.00 per hour, plus incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits. A strong work ethic and commitment to live well are essential.

• Experience in retail management or store leadership.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
