GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in a Full-Time Hourly Supervisory role. This fast-track program prepares individuals to manage a GNC store under supervision, with emphasis on coaching teams, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will learn store operations and leadership while living the Live Well ethos. Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, and promoting the MYGNC Rewards program, with opportunities for promotion to Store Manager

• Strong communication skills to train and motivate staff.
• Ability to manage the daily store operations and drive results.
